We believe every business must be a force for good in the world … for people and for the environment…for ARUBA FOODS, it is people and the environment first before profit.
This principle is the foundation of our community social responsibility initiatives which focus on youths and women, especially widows and on the environment.
Job opportunities in our operations are first offered to youth and women in our immediate geography… we train them to make up for skills gaps rather than go the easier route of looking for ready-made candidates beyond our surrounding communities.
Through our ARUBA Green Club, we teach and involve primary and high school students in various programs and activities such as drama, music, poetry recitations, essay writing and tree planting to become environmentally aware and responsible at a young age.
They are the future and we want them to be actively involved and have a say in forming the vibrantly beautiful world they will want to live in and enjoy!
